DFV Prime and Apex Gate Pro are monthly subscriptions. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date — cancellation stops future charges and maintains access until the end of the paid period.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve it.
